Clear rules for Spirit Beasts accounts, randomized packs, card ownership, delivery, battles, transfers, and fusion.

FlaroCity Spirit Beasts is an independent collectible-card and fusion game. It is not operated, sponsored, endorsed, or guaranteed by Linden Lab. Second Life, Linden dollars, and related names belong to their respective owners. By using the website or in-world products, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy.
You must meet Second Life age and account requirements and follow applicable law, Linden Lab rules, region rules, and these terms. Do not use Spirit Beasts where randomized-item purchases are prohibited.
Use only a current FlaroCity-owned vendor, kiosk, or listing. Before paying, check the product, price, payee, card count, rarity odds, delivery avatar, and permissions. Purchases are made in-world in Linden dollars; this website does not process payment-card details.
Paid packs use the rarity percentages published on the Packs page. Each opening is independent. Duplicate cards may occur, and buying more packs does not guarantee a specific card, rarity, trait, gene, or outcome. Odds may change for future products, but the configuration attached to an already purchased entitlement controls that opening.
A confirmed payment creates a one-time pack entitlement and delivery record for the paying or linked avatar. Second Life, region, network, inventory, or bot conditions can delay delivery. Do not pay repeatedly while fulfillment is pending. Use official support so the original transaction can be verified and an eligible item redelivered without another charge.
Delivered or opened digital packs and completed gameplay actions are generally final except where applicable law requires otherwise. FlaroCity will review verified duplicate charges, an incorrect product, or delivery that cannot be completed. An approved resolution may be redelivery, replacement, correction, or refund. Receiving a duplicate or not receiving a preferred random result is not by itself a delivery failure.
The server record is authoritative for active card ownership. Supported transfers must use the official transfer flow. A copied, duplicated, stale, consumed, or unofficial object does not create an additional active card. Object permissions control whether the Second Life object itself can be copied or transferred.
A preview does not change your collection. Completing a fusion permanently consumes exactly two eligible parent cards and creates one child card. Consumed parents remain historical records but cannot battle, transfer, fuse, or initialize another active copy. Confirm both parents before completing fusion.
Cards, levels, achievements, rankings, and account records are entertainment features. FlaroCity does not redeem them for Linden dollars, cash, prizes, or other value and does not promise resale, investment, or profit value. Spirit Beasts must not be used for wagering, betting, games with a cash-out prize, or unlawful gambling.
Do not exploit pack, claim, transfer, fusion, battle, delivery, account, or API systems; duplicate active cards; impersonate another avatar; manipulate outcomes; automate disruptive requests; share private tokens; submit malware; harass players; commit fraud; or bypass access controls. Access may be limited to protect players, records, or infrastructure.
Features may be corrected, balanced, updated, paused, or retired. FlaroCity aims to preserve valid ownership and purchase history but does not promise uninterrupted website, database, delivery, bot, or Second Life operation. Material changes to these terms will be posted with a new effective date.
Pack, battle, fusion, ranking, and progression results are entertainment features. No specific outcome, availability, compatibility, uninterrupted service, resale value, or future feature is guaranteed. To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided on an “as available” basis.
Contact official FlaroCity support before filing a payment dispute so the transaction and delivery records can be reviewed. Include the avatar UUID, product, amount, transaction reference, and approximate time, but never include a password, security answer, claim link, reset link, or private token.
