Information We Use
Depending on the features you use, the system may store your Second Life avatar UUID, avatar and display names, email address, password and security-answer hashes, device or object identifiers, card ownership, pack purchases and openings, delivery status, transfers, battles, fusions, achievements, support messages, account timestamps, and limited security logs such as IP address and user agent.
Why It Is Stored
We use this information to connect purchases and cards to the correct avatar, provide your collection and gameplay features, deliver or redeliver products, prevent duplicate or fraudulent claims, recover accounts, answer support requests, and protect the service.
Passwords and Security
Passwords and security answers are stored as one-way hashes. Staff will never ask you to send a password, security answer, claim token, or reset link in chat. We use scoped credentials, encrypted transport, rate limits, and security records, but no service can promise absolute security.
What Stays Private
Your email, login details, claim and reset tokens, security logs, and private account records are not published. Public game pages may show information that is part of gameplay, such as avatar or player name, rank, achievements, battle or tournament results, and card details you make public through supported features.
Sharing and Service Providers
Data may be processed by hosting, email, security, monitoring, or Second Life delivery services needed to operate the system. We may disclose information when legally required or needed to protect users and the service. FlaroCity does not sell personal information or use it for third-party advertising.
Retention
Account and gameplay records are kept while needed to preserve your collection and progress. Purchase, entitlement, delivery, fusion, transfer, refund, fraud-prevention, and dispute records may be kept longer. Temporary tokens and security logs use shorter limits, and backups expire through normal rotation.
Your Choices
You may request access, correction, export, or deletion through official FlaroCity support. Some purchase, ownership, fusion, transfer, battle, security, or legal records may need to be retained or de-identified to protect other players and preserve system integrity.
Second Life and Age Requirements
Second Life avatar data is used to identify ownership and synchronize supported objects. Spirit Beasts is independent and is not operated by Linden Lab. Users must meet Second Life age and account requirements; this service is not directed to children under 13.
Contact and Policy Changes
Use official FlaroCity support for privacy, account, correction, export, deletion, purchase, or access questions. Include your avatar UUID and approximate event time when helpful, but never include a password or private token. Material policy changes will be posted here with a new effective date.
